What are your Repayment Terms?
At Phoenix Capital Limited, all loans have repayment terms that suit the purpose of the
loan. We have adopted flexibility to accommodate our customers financial cycles.
I am listed on CRB. Do I still qualify?
Yes, you can still get a loan. Being listed on CRB does not disqualify you from getting a
loan from Phoenix Capital Limited.
What is your loan turn-around time?
Our loans are processed within 2 hours.
Do I need to save with Phoenix Capital Limited to qualify for a loan?
No. We are a non-deposit taking microfinance. This means you do not need to save
with us. We will only require your financial statements e.g. Bank or Mpesa to appraise
any application.
Can anyone apply for a Salary advance loan?
Phoenix Capital Limited salary ADVANS product is not open to the general public. We
lend to Employees whose Employer has entered into a memorandum of understanding
with us to offer them the service.
What is the maximum amount that you give for Zidisha?
Between sh5,000-sh 100,000 subject to the business appraisal
Do I have to buy insurance through Phoenix Capital insurance agency subsidiary to qualify for an Insurance Premium Financing loan?
No. It is not a requirement. But we would love to offer you a one stop solution by getting
you the best insurance rates and companies and ensure your interest is fully covered
especially in claims.
Do I need a guarantor?
No. But for some products you may be required to provide referees as part of the know
Your Customer (KYC) requirement. Note that all information we receive to aid in
appraisal is confidential.
Can I use any garage for my car repairs when applying for a Motii-Fix loan?

Yes. It is limited to vehicles of any category but subject to some conditions age and
